Nagroda im. Philipa K. Dicka przyznawana jest debiutantom. Można ją otrzymać za publikację do dwóch lat od debiutu. Ufundowana przez Thomasa M. Discha, była ukłonem (pośmiertnym) w stronę Dicka za jego osiągnięcia na polu SF.

Debiuty rzadko są kupowane na rynki zagraniczne, stąd nie powinno dziwić, że książki z poniższej listy laureatów nie trafiły do Polski. Ale kilku się udało.
